Cookie Policy

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you use the Workparts online store. They help the site work reliably, keep the shopping cart available and remember your cookie choices.

2. Necessary cookies

Necessary cookies enable the online store’s core functions. They cannot be disabled in cookie settings because the store would not function properly without them.

  • Complianz stores your cookie choices. Its cookies include cmplz_* and are retained for up to 12 months.
  • WooCommerce maintains the shopping-cart and checkout session. Its cookies include woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart and wp_woocommerce_session_*; they are session cookies or retained for up to 2 days.
  • LiteSpeed Cache supports the site’s technical performance. Where necessary, it uses cookies such as _lscache_vary.

3. Analytics

If you consent to analytics, we use Google Analytics through the Google Site Kit integration. The information is used to improve Workparts’ usability, content and functionality. Analytics are enabled only with your consent. Google Analytics may use cookies such as _ga and _ga_*, typically retained for up to 13 months.

4. Services used for purchases

Paytrail processes the data needed to complete a payment when you select a Paytrail payment method. Posti processes the information needed for delivery and pickup-point selection when you select a Posti delivery method. These services are used only at checkout when you choose the relevant payment or delivery method.

5. Marketing

Workparts does not use advertising or social-media pixels. If marketing cookies are introduced later, we will always request separate consent and update this policy.

6. Managing cookie choices

You can accept or reject non-essential cookies in the cookie banner and change your choice later through the site’s cookie settings. You can also delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may affect the operation of the online store.

7. Controller and contact

The controller is Mercantodor Finland Oy. For questions about cookies or the processing of personal data, contact myynti@mercantodor.fi.
